"Nice light scent, but I wish it smelled a little fresher"
I actually like this cream because the scent is really mild and doesn’t stick around all day, which is a relief. Some creams are way too strong and then it feels like you have to put in extra effort just to deal with the smell, which I don’t have patience for. This one is easy enough to use and doesn’t get annoying. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it had just a slightly fresher scent, but overall I’m happy with it

"I have been using this cream..."
I have been using this cream and it works well for me. The texture feels nice and it does what I expected, but I do feel like the price is a little high for the amount you get

"Delivery took forever and support kept sending me in circles"
My order finally showed up, but it took way longer than I expected. The product itself was fine once it arrived, so no complaints there, but the delivery experience was frustrating. I tried reaching out to customer service and it took ages to get a response, then it felt like I was stuck in a support loop with the same basic replies and no real update. Not the worst purchase, but the waiting and lack of clear help made it annoying.

"Easy to use and great for my sensitive skin"
I have super sensitive skin, and a lot of creams usually leave me red, itchy, or feeling irritated. This Eucerin cream has been really gentle so far with no burning or weird reaction. It feels simple, does the job, and the whole process of using it has been easy. I’m happy with it.

"Seems to keep my skin soft all day"
My skin usually dries out quickly, but this actually kept it feeling soft and moisturized all day. It’s not greasy either, which I really appreciate. I don’t know for sure, but I feel like it might be helping my skin hold onto moisture better than some others I’ve tried.

"I feel good about using it"
I’ve been using Eucerin for years now. I like that the ingredients actually make sense to me and don’t feel loaded with a bunch of random perfume-y stuff. My skin is picky, so when something feels gentle and reliable, I stick with it. This just feels safe for me.
